Look at US breakevens in 5yr and 10yr. They have rallied strongly the last few days. They tracked commodities down almost tick for tick all summer. Wonder if the TIPS guys know something we don’t about future inflation. I am buying a few cheap commodity calls as a punt, something doesn’t quite sit right with me here…
