DFL = Percentage change in EPS / Percentage change in EBIT (1) =EBIT / (EBIT-I) (2) in formula (2) why isn’t percentage change reflected anywhere? Thanks.
The slope at point (EBIT, EPS) is simply the %change in EPS/%change in EBIT. You can plot that to see it, or run an example.
