have i totally lost my mind? how can the PV of $0.75/((1.042)^(50/365)) + $0.75/((1.042)^(140/365)) = $1.48? since (1.042) raised to the (50/365) power = 0.3701 and 0.75/0.3701 = 2.0265. surely rthis should be 0.75((1.042)^(50/365))??

scrap that as the most stupid question EVER. nothing but finger trouble on my hp12c. sheesh, i am getting tired. time for (another) break.
