Their online learning management system is always either failing to fetch data or not responding. It just drove me crazy while I was working on Qbank. They even ignored the email enquiries of the server situation. Not many days left before the exam, how can this problem be acceptable?
Not answering emails seems to be their specialty.
This is my 5th Kaplan course, and probably my last after this.
I would probably choose to go with CFAI after level II
