is formula for dispersion testable or will it be presented in tabular format only

p.54 of the CFA text there is a definition dispersion as weighted variance and an example of how it is calculated only

I wouldn’t expect that to be part of an exam question; that isn’t the point of the reading.

yes, i realize that it’s not the point of the reading, just wanted to know if i should include computation of the dispersion statistic as examinable for example would i need to compute it and then include it in the convexity calc or would it be given - my takeaway is that it’ll be given
