Like Johnny Drama says when it comes to a realtor, like an agent you want the scum of the scum. Who cares if the guy could not pass grade 9, if he can muscle you the best deal thats all that matters. Like kkent says, the best realtors I’ve seen ain’t that educated, they are cutthroat and very sociable.
I know someone who used to be a realtor (maybe still is, havent talked to her in a while) and also used to be a stripper. She said when she was showing houses/apartments to guys or just trying to sign them up her goal was to make them think she was so into them and I think in her words make them think she wanted to blow them. She did pretty well for herself.
