Do running an Investment Club count as a CFA work Experience?
“Does running…”? Willy
no
no
And yeah, NO it doesn’t. Willy
“…count [towards] CFA work…” And there’s no need to capitalize investment, club, or experience.
oh, and for something to count as “work experience”, it generally has to be work. As in a job. For which one is paid. Being president of some club generally isn’t work, is not a job, and is not paid.
Yes - it absolutely does. I think you get a gold star on your charter as well.
Nobody noted that the OP used CFA as a noun.
Do Henry Paulsen run an Investment Club? He seems to think so. I bet that Treasury Secretary would count as CFA work experience.

You guys are ruthless!
nope
Sounds like a “community organizer”…
Can we get performance data? If good, it do!
Nope running doesn’t. Now walking an investment club is a completely different story altogether.
