not care about the scores they are getting anymore? Just doing problems for the sake of hoping to find something new that they have to look up and cram their brains with?

Correct. Though I am not pleased when I get questions wrong I thought I knew the answer to! FRA assessments right now are killing me.
I’ve completely lost it. I find myself deciding on an answer based on whether I think the boss should know the answer and the new hire has a lot to earn, or whether I think the boss is a complete idiot.

Yeah, I’m just trying to make it through as many questions as I can. Studying formulas and the like is pretty much a waste of time for me because everything is in one ear and out the other.
