Just more of a curiosity, after looking through analysts reports it seems that a lot of their findings are based on earnings projections. How does Level II help with picking stocks? Is stuff like the H- model even used, I’ve never seen analysts use it.
A bit more technique when doing valuation, pretty old fashioned stuff though.
I don’t think the CFA curriculum focusses on stock picking. The focus is more on portfolio management and asset allocations.
