I have been preparing all around me since the exam that I didn’t do well and that there are very rare chances of me passing. But still people ask me when will the results be declared? 
use the old tried and true strategy: ALWAYS tell people you were not able to study much, or were not prepared well. keep expectations really low.
If fail -> no one looks down on you
If pass -> you look like a freakin genius
