Does using material non-public information constitute

A reasonable/diligent basis? I can see both sides of the argument here. Thoughts?

That’s correct.

Sort of a moot point. In using it you’d be violating Standard I.

Right. Figure they could ask “what standard was violated”. Choices being 1 violated, both violated, neither. Obviously you cross off the last choice

Not unless u mosaic it up

Mosaic allows you to use non-material non-public information, not material non-public information.

#non-materialnon-publicinfoPLUSmaterialpublicinfo

#mosaictheory

Sooooo, this isn’t kosher?

In past exams if it is material non public it is not reasonable basis as no reasonable person would want to commit a crime and go to jail

Thanks broski

what if its not a crime? BOOM

Adhere to SOPC.
