That exam murked me so bad, but I’m not complaining as I didn’t put time in during the final few weeks (personal issues). I’ve noticed some familiar names from the level 1 forum last year, and I wish you all the best going forward. I’m back, and i’m looking to kill the exam 2nd time around next year. Going to jump-start this thread around August if it already hasn’t already. ESCO-
Don’t give up??? Sounds like a song! Give up from what exactly may I ask you?
dont stop believing…
I have a lot of friends who have dropped out from the CFA program after failing level’s 1 & 2. When I say ‘don’t give up’, it refers to the fact that no matter how hard times get, you still got to push forward. Knowing for a fact that I did awful, it only makes me stronger and more motivated to put in the hours for the 2011 exam and get on with life.
@ Northeastern Student, Is that referring to NEU? If so, I went there too!

Not anymore, I’m now working in Hong Kong, haha! You still around Boston?
moving to NY for law school, nice going, did you work that out or was it through a co-op? just curious, one of my buddies got a connect through a co-op and went out there…i take it u were a finance concentration?
Damn, law school! Good stuff man. This was not through co-op, I landed this job through a net-working event in Hong Kong when I was here on vacation. Yup, Finance & Accounting, you too?
finance, law, psych…yeah had too much free time, a lot of overlap (i.e. corp governance counted for law minor, turnaround mgt…), best of luck to u with this process and everything, glad to see another husky on here! i think chung.neu is from there as well
Thank you sir, all the best to you with law school! It’s good having some NU representation on these threads, haha.
