I think it’s quite a common anxiety dream to dream about having a college exam the next day for a class you’d forgotten about and never been to class for. I have these about once a year.

The anxiety’ unprepared for exams dreams’ about the past. Once you realize it in the dream, that, wait a second, I’m not in college anymore, or highschool, whatever… then you could do some good lucid dreaming (as long as you don’t just wake yourself up).

One can do many things while lucid dreaming, the real time of say 45 seconds, in my experience, is about 5 minutes dream time.
