Driver-based financial modeling - Reposted

I just wanted to see if you guys know of any good books or tutorial around driver-based financial modeling. More specifically, around doing budgeting and planning for commercial banks. Banks are unique in the sense that their models revolve around Net Interest income (deposits, margins, invested balance) and revenues from assets under administration - different from the driver-based financial models for, say, a manufacturing company. Regards, Shams.

The McKinsey valuation book has a section for that kind of valuation. But it’s just one chapter. BTW - your title should be valuing financial companies, since you aren’t looking for driver-based modeling.
