Due Diligence Criteria for Active Managers? Old Test Material?

Hi All,

Came across a question in a 2015 Kaplan Mock asking about due diligence criteria for selecting active managers.

I cant seem to find any information in the 2017 CFAI text about this, just want to make sure its no long applicable this year.

Think it is still applicable. I recall that it is under fixed income section.
