for ranking purposes, earnings yield maybe useful whenever earnings ar either negative or close to zero. is this true or not? I think it is false. Any idea? Thanks.
it’s true while earnings can be negative or zero, price is not negative this is the way you work if you have negative earnings instead of p/e ratio
