After going through economics, it seems that the schweser notes are much more in depth and thorough than the concept checkers after the reading. Just wondering if anyone knows how detailed economics is on the exam…thanks
I would also like to know this, as I am studying with Schweser and CFAI + Economics is the most time consuming volume for me.
I took L1 in December. For some reason, the concept checkers in the econ section of CFAI books are rather weak (two questions at the end of a reading?). Don’t know why. You’re best to work through Schweser’s questions because the econ material is tested quite heavily (within the 10% allownce for the overall exam). You really have to understand things on a conceptual basis.
