If doing IPS question where circumstances change, the investor doesnt like asset class and it has high volatility (Talking about intl equities). Then do we remove the asset class if the allocation is already low or try to get some diversification benefit from it?
If investor doesn’t like asset class treat it as an IPS mandate not to invest in international asset class. Any allocation that includes international will not be an eligible candidate.
