I have serious problem. I don’t have hard copies of my books and my vitalsource bookshelf stopped working. When I open my program I get “an error occurred while reading preference file. Some preference could not be recovered. you may be prompted for your license code again when you try to update your license.” I posted on vitalsource support forum, but nobody responded. I need to get to my text promptly. If anyone knows how to solve this issue, please help me. Did someone experience similar issue with this stupid program?

PS I once posted on vital source support during L1, they got back to me when I was studying for L2
