how much time are people spending on qualitative sections like which tests corroborate certain kinds of efficient market hypothesis and corporate governance?
I read the section once and took notes. I’ll probably glance at those notes once or twice before Dec. The EMH stuff seems like straight memorization while corporate governance was mostly intuitive.
Don’t try to memorize everything. Try to understand the differences in EMH (weak, semi-strong, strong) -> you will remember the tests automatically. Same with corporate governance.

thanks - are the questions related to specific types of tests and their results or are they more general (eg understanding that test results for the semistrong form EMH were mixed whereas tests on the weak form EMS support it)?
