Thought this was a violation but I guess it’s not. I guess because you aren’t implying superior returns it isn’t a violation.:
“Completion of the CFA Program has enhanced my portfolio management skills”
This one is not, but this one should be a violation “I am enhanced and skilled CFA portfolio manager”.
The portfolio you manage could be named CFA and that could not be a violation. Unless CFAI has a copyright on the letters CFA.
It has, there is ® sign beside CFA.
Tell that to the Cat Fancier’s Association, or the California Faculty Association. Apparently they aren’t aware of it.
