when the customer has weak bargaining power, can we say supplier has strong bargainning power? if both choice apear in the asnwer, which one should we choose? Thanks.
I could be wrong but I believe the customer is the one the retailer sells to and the supplier is the one the retailer buys from. Therefore a weak customer bargaining power isn’t necessarily a strong supplier bargaining power but there are both connected to the retailer. Supplier sells to retailers who sells to consumer
