Saw a lot of threads. i think i am a little confused by AF. Usually AF clear my confuse. Equity-Proportional-Consolidation: NI & Equity are the same (dont consider minority interest ) If consider, Consolidation’s equity will be higher. NI is still the same. For full and partial goodwill under Consolidation, full goodwill is larger on asset and equity!

Goodwill goes on the BS as an asset, right?
