I think I know the question you are asking about. [not looking at it though]. There are two grades of land. $6178 is the less developed land quote. The land you have in the question has a higher value…something like $7,000 or $8,000 per unit on the top of the next page, so look at page 685. Easy to miss the detail. Have a second read, you will see it.
