what does “pro forma EBITDA” mean? why need to add “nonmarket compensation expense” back? thanks.
pro forma EBITDA is EBITDA, its called pro forma because its not a standard accounting measure, but one that is created from the financial statements rather then shown
Sry let may rephrase, its pro-forma EBITDA as they add nonmarket comp back, thats why EBITDA becomes proforma EBITA, as they made that adjustment to the standard measure of EBITDA
