Errata on CFAI Mock #2

If you printed out the PDF of the answers for Mock Exam #2, and look at question 30, the answer shows that the calculated the interest rate as 1/2*30,000*0.085, whereas the question says they financed the cost using 40% debt, not 50% debt. Can anyone confirm this error? Regards Chris
