I’m not getting an error at all. I tried opening with both Explorer and Chrome. It just takes me to last year’s registration confirmation.

What is considered short message and what is considered long message?

How do I know mine is long or short?

another said they had the short and a confirmed prelim pass…

who knows guy, thing is, I don’t think CFAI would keep this “error” out there if it had any real indication as to the results…

I got the short error message and i really dont care what it means because I’m 99% certain that i passed… (…hides head in bag because to be certain you passed is total douchebaggery in these parts…)

Rahul roy is the man for sure, but he did come back after the exam and say he wasn’t able to answer two of the eleven questions in the AM if I remember correctly, so he left a lot of points on the table. I don’t think he is full of it. He has absolutely no reason to lie to us about failing.

All this being said, I feel bad for Rahul regarding the results and I wish him well if he takes Level III next year. He is a good guy and helped us all deal with the stress at Level II.

Topper, I hope you get the results you want and pass but I really don’t think this error message thing is an early reveal. I know our suspicions are up b/c of the early reveal blunder Wednesday morning, but I think the CFAI has their bases covered. We’re going to have to wait for August 11th.

Thanks for support .I really had a great time with all of you guys while preparing for L2.Had some issues this time and also underestimated AM which perhaps lead to my failure.I barely studied 200 hours this time around.I will surely sign up for L3 and will come back as a better person.

Since you saw your prelim result, was it in line with your expectation? You had mentioned you were targeting 50-55% in AM and 70%+ in AM after the exam…

What was your break-up in AM?

Forget the long or short message crap, if RR’s prelim result is anything to go by it looks like the MPS has been set high this year and a few of us can look forward to disappointment…

he says he got 50-55% in AM and 75% in PM that’s an average of 62-65% and only band 9 bail. My friend who passed in 2014 had an 40/60/80 of 62ish with 7 questions below 50% (5 AM and two in PM - Ethics & FI) and he passed,

Based on previous results posted on AF, I am pretty sure that 50% AM 75% PM would be a pass in previous years.

I know a friend who knows a friend and so on so forth… That is all speculation though could have some merit as the post subject suggests…
