Is ETF closed end or Open end?? I think ETF trades in secondary market like closed end fund, but still investors may redeem ETF shares like open end funds ! CONFUSING !
there are both open-end and closed-end types.
I think ETF’s are closed end but in-kind structure keeps their value closer to NAV (like Open end funds)
