Should only those addtitional compensation be disclosed that creates conflict of interest ?

what about if some investment professional receives reasonable compensations from a work which has no conflict of interest with his current employer? Should it be disclosed ?

i think it that work requires significant time commitment, then disclosure and written consent is required.

i think disclose everything

if immaterial/insignif then no written disclosure necessary

but i could be wrong
