Ethics - Diff level of service

A little confused, you can offer different levels of service as long as the different levels dont disadvantage one client over another. Seems a little paradoxical to me?? Can anyone help clarify?

  1. Disclose varying service levels and their availability 2. Don’t disadvantage

You can offer different levels…they cant disadvantage another client. And you must disclose the different levels and make them available to all that would like to pay the premium.

the best example is where the analyst releases the report to all clients, and then hosts a conference all with premium clients to walk them through the report.
