hi - after reviewing some questions i still am stuck here…
regrading Duty to employers… when leaving the firm, is the experience and knowledge gained the only thing that can be used at the new employer? if i am an investment manager, am i able to reference my performance at a previous employer Without permission? also, am i able to duplicate the “trade secrets” at the new firm (i would consider this knowledge gained)?
