Ethics: Gift question

My understanding for receiving gifts is that: 1) All gifts must be disclosed to your employer 2) If the gift is large or could impact your judgment (such as $10,000 if you beat the benchmark by 5%) then you must receive written consent from all parties invovled (your employer and the guy giving you the gift) Is this correct? Thanks.

I think you should not accept gifts from Service Providers and Targets of your analysis. non-token gifts from clients must be disclosed (you must get permission to accept the gift)

i think written consent is required when it is considered additional compensation.
