Could. Need to obtain written consent from all parties involved (Handbook page 91).But I did see some correct answer only mentioning obtaining written consent from employer. Anyway, remember, Must get written consent from both employer and customers.
You don’t need consent from all parties since its not extra compensation. However, you must disclose the receipt of the gift to your employer (P 15).
