If you create a financial model yourself, if I recall from Level 1, you can recreate it from scratch yourself at your new firm, right? It seems liike Level 2 is saying that you can’t do that because that violates Loyalty to Employer (taking property created at former employer).
yeah i think the point they are making is that TAKING the property is different than recreating it from scratch. you cant take a list or a model, but you can recreate it by scratch or memory.
You cannot take along documents you created. It also needs deleting all stuff from your computer. But you can recreate from scratch till you did not take any stuff along that you created for previous employer. This is irrespective of, whether you were paid for it or not.
