Ethics on the real exam

I’ve taken my fair share of mocks and what not, and I always seem to do worse whenever I’m asked to pick the least likely violation.

It’ll come down to some arbitrary difference between Conflict of Interest and Referall Fee’s and I’ll utimately get the questions wrong.

I know none of us can really know what to expect on the exam, but do you think the ethics portion will have this type of structure? Or is it more likely than not that we’ll see our standard questions about Paul and which of the following did he violate?

Food for thought
