Q33, Schweser p.126, book 1, about Sally Albright. Does she also need to write to KDG and get consent as well? I thought simply getting consent from employer is not enough.

Consent from all parties involved, you can’t work for an investment bank and work for a research boutique writing freelance reports without both sides agreeing to it for various reasons.

so? She gets offer from outside, related part-time job. Which is better? (A) accept the work as long as she obtains consent to all the terms of the engagement from employer (B) not accept the work as it violates the Code and Standards by creating a conflict of interest
