ethics- personal misconduct vs. professional

Secret sauce… it says only professional misconduct is important… not personal… Igo further to say if you brew beer it is ok, if it personal time… YET i remember can not remember sheswer or CFAI where the person was working for salvation army and sold some cloths for personal benifit… it is not professional… but personal right? the answer i remember was that he liable for misconduct under the standard.
