Ethics Public Dissemination

Employees in possession of material nonpublic information should make reasonable efforts to achieve public dissemination of the information if such actions would not breach a duty.

So, you received information that is material and nonpublic, you have to tell everyone about the information?

No, you should not tell everyone about the information, but urge the company (CEO/CFO) to make the information public to everyone in the market.
