Ethics Q...Additional compensation arrangements

I am starting to get confused about additional compensation arrangements, disclosure of conflicts, etc. about who to disclose to or not…this is not good…right before the exam… I have just a general question to clear my head. When an employee is approached about a second job, besides the original firm she is working for, does this employee need written consent from both employers or just the first/original employer? Schweser says that according to IV(B) Additional compensation arrangements, we need written consent from ALL parties involved. However, from reading the CFAI text and doing some problems, I get the impression that all we need is the written consent from the first/original employer…anyone want to elaborate? Thanks.

We need written consent from all parties involved (Both current and new employer in this case).
