I did Schweser Mock Exam 2 AM session. Did quite well (75%).
On the ethics part, page 66, Question 2 I’m not sure about a statement. The answer of this Question is A which states that the Standard of knowledge of the law is also violated.
So if a member does violate the standard in any way, he always violates the standard “knowledge of the law” as well cuz he didnt “knew” the law?
