Is it worth learning by heart what is BOTH required and recommended regarding: ROS, Soft Dollars ?
Or simply learn what is only required …
The problem arises when you have the list of req and recomm and decide what is recomm … i hate this !
The CFAI 2012 mock exam asks questions from the recommended parts IIRC. I think you should know it. The EOCQ’s make you know the recommended too.
