Hi, Do I need to know section numbers of the standards of professional conduct? For example, if I know a particular instance of conduct breaches the market manipulation section, could I get a question with options: A. breaches Section III. C Market Manipulation B. breaches Section II. B Market Manipulation … … etc… Or is it ok just to know that all of these sections exist, how they apply and when conduct falls under them. All the LOS says is that I need to ‘state the components’ and ‘explain the ethical responsibilities required’ Cheers, Rob
