Just got done re-reading ethics for hopefully the last time EVER! I noticed the soft dollar and research objectivity sections are not in the level III textbooks, does this mean we will not be asked questions on these sections?
There might be a question regarding what a client’s soft dollars can be used for, but nothing in depth like L2. They essentially replaced the Soft Dollar Standards with the AMC for L3.
