Ethics summary

Please please confirm the following points: 1/ Gifts from clients for over-performing in past, OK; for nothing, therefore expected to compromise, not OK. Both must be disclosed to employer. 2/ Gifts from entities, not OK, except token items. Is there any case we can accept after disclosing? 3/ Non-compete compensations is OK, no need to disclose. Competing compensations need to disclose and written consent from employer and 3rd party. Thank you!
