Also, this is in a bio referencing one of their Associates: “Mr. Bolt has completed the American Society of Appraiser’s Business Valuation Course No. 201, and Level I of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program administered by the CFA Institute.” Is Mr. Bolts reference to the CFA program a violation of CFAI Standards? Any recommended actions? What do you guys and gals think?
