No, as long as it’s not near the companies name or some how implies the company is apart of the CFAI

just looked it up. They have an example in the CFAI text.

Like it can’t be JPMorgan CFA but as long as it’s not in the “proximity” (that’s the word they used in the CFAI) then it’s okay
