That could have happened. Therefore you should not be in cantact with other candidates in diffeent tzones.
One is not suppose to compromise the integrity of the test. It does not matter who you tell the questions to, it is still an ethics violation.
understood. However we were just wondering how could a L2 candidate tell a L3 candidate anything material. One suggestion is that he could have spoken to L3 persons in the same tzone and share it with the other L3 candidate in the other time zone.
