Ever Stay at a Trump Property?

I just remembered that I stayed in one in Toronto once, it was actually really nice.

I stayed at the Taj Mahal in Atlantic City many years ago with a bachelor party I think. It was terrible, but I don’t think it’s Trump owned.

Have never stayed at a Trump property, but have tested my luck at The Trump Taj Mahal and Trump Plaza in AC a few times. The Taj, which is now closed, was Trump owned until 2010 or something like that.

Man, I miss AC. As I’m remembering it, the Trump Toronto was actually extremely nice.

^ AC is probably not like you remember it. Most of the casinos have closed. I think the Trop, Borgata and Caesars’ are the only ones still open. The tribal casinos in NY and CT really hurt AC and now the ones in Philly have nearly finished it off. Sports betting would have provided a much needed boost, but the state missed the congressional deadline to file for approval.

It’s interesting to me how Trump sells licensing rights to developers in other countries. He owns small if any stakes in many buildings, and gets paid to allow the developer to put a “Trump” sign on the building. Seems like a good business.

Man, that’s sad.

Yea AC could have really used sports betting, especially since they appear to want to revitalize the town the way Vegas did it via younger people through clubs & bars. The old people sitting at the slot machines are gone and never coming back, they will go to their closest casino. I might be swayed to go for a weekend with friends if they had a good fight, sports betting, not nasty clubs & bars.

AC is still close enough to a huge number of people, they just need to give people a reason to actually go there.

Stayed in a suite at a Trump property in Chi-town for a conference a few years back. It had a fire place and Trump water.

They have fireplaces in the big tower there? How was it? I’ve always thought it looked like a nice place to stay.

I also stayed there for a conference a few years back. It was very nice. TV built into the bathroom mirror and the maids use defogger on the mirror so you can watch TV while you steam.

It’s all about the little things.

Do you feel self conscious that the maids are servicing the mirror while you are in the bathroom, or is that part of the service of the hotel?

you get to grab them by the p***y while they do it though which is pretty nice

Your comment is more right than you know. About an hour after I checked in, I was taking a shower and didn’t hear a knock on my door. It was a bellboy bringing me a shoehorn (that I didn’t request…kind of a funny item to randomly drop off). He opened my door and upon noticing I was in the shower (I didn’t have the bathroom door closed, because why would I?), didn’t even try to look the other way as he proudly announced he had brought me a shoehorn. Then waited with his palm up for a tip. I was naked. In the shower.

It was a nice shoehorn though. I kept it.

lol STL he was looking for another kind of tip if you know what I mean wink

Stayed at the Trump International at Columbus Circle for a night many moons ago. Nice place. But here’s what I remember most. A lady friend and I had gone out to dinner on the UWS and were returning to the hotel. As we walked up the steps from the street to the entrance, a small man dressed in black emerged from the hotel doors, scampered down the steps within 10 feet of us, and disappeared into a Lincoln Town Car that had been waiting at the curb. The man was Prince.

^Prince didn’t “scamper.” He sashayed.
