Exam languages

Is it true that the exams are only administered in English? I was curious about this in the context of regional passing rates. It seems unfair for non-native English speaker to have to take a very difficult and technical exam for something that has global recognition. Seems like a huge advantage for the US, UK and Canada and thus their pass rates are most likely much higher than the overall average.

Not that Im going to start a petition to get it translated. Actually I’d be in favor if they only offered the test in Tagalong (After I receive my charter of course)
