I am having a hard time creating a graph that is usable in any way. My boss has asked me to plot many prices on one graph over a year. Imagine trying to read 20 stock prices all up against each other. After a while no amount of coloring/dashing/changing weight can help. I need to explore some other solutions that don’t lose any of the original information. So averages are out, as are bars/columns. Any ideas?
Didn’t I already start a thread about this a couple months ago?
I don’t know…? What was the outcome?
group stocks by industries or market cap
scatter chart?
You could try a bubble chart
